Menopause Strong - Pilates for Women Over 50 to Rebuild a Strong Core & Healthy Spine
Are you over 50 and struggling with back pain, achy joints and loss of strength and tone in your middle? Women in Menopause often experience more pain than before due to loss of muscle strength & flexibility with declining hormones, past injuries and poor postural habits.
Menopause Strong is a 6-week, gentle Pilates-based movement program, to help you relieve joint aches and pains, stretch and strengthen your spine and rebuild a strong and stable core.
No complicated moves, no equipment required and no high impact stress. You will receive 3 short home exercise routines per week, (18 total) plus a new mini series called Daily Movement Activities to put into your routine every day. The combination of daily mobility, plus 3 x week 20 minute strengthening routines will have you moving better, feeling stronger and being able to do more with less pain fast.
The lessons are easy to follow with my clear and safe instruction. I have students who have gone through this program from 40 to 75 and they all love it!
