Designed specifically for women in midlife by Janine Trudeau BHK, a 25 year Certified Pilates professional who has helped 100's of active agers regain core strength and healthy movement, this program will guide you back into feeling yourself again so you can feel confident and pain-free.

A guided, progressive home Pilates Program with 3 weekly video lessons, 15-20 minutes.
